An Economist by qualification, Satyajit is a market veteran with over 40 years of experience. After having spent 20 years as a Treasury Professional, he founded Forexserve in 2001 with a vision to serve corporates through his experience. Satyajit’s forte lies in filtering the noise through his sharp technical analysis and help clients in taking informed hedging decisions. Previously, he had set up the Money Market desk for Sri Lankan government followed by a long stint with Credit Agricole heading their Treasury Sales Desk. Satyajit is a passionate Baker, Painter and Gardner.

Vivek is a Chartered Accountant and an SRCC alumnus with more than 20 years of rich experience in handling corporate treasuries and markets. His understanding of the balance sheet risk and passion for financial markets led him to setup Northern India operations of Forexserve. Since then, he has been implementing best treasury practices for managing market risk, ALM, Liquidity and related treasury ops. During his past stints, he has played a key role in the corporate finance/treasury function at HCL Group and Jindal Stainless. He is a regular speaker and faculty at various events/session hosted by industry associations and ICAI.. Besides work, Vivek loves to unwind in nature and is an avid traveller.

Sonal is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the Corporate Finance. She has previously handled corporate finance, derivative sales and M&A research in institutions including ICICI bank, ANZ Investment Bank and HCL technologies. She also has rich experience in overseeing the finance and commercial implementation of project companies including FX borrowings, Foreign equity and project finance. Her stints with ICICI Bank as a derivative dealer and as a corporate treasurer have enabled her to gain insights into the world of forex markets from both sides of the table. She uses this experience to infuse a process-oriented approach in servicing clients at Forexserve. A trained classical dancer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Bharatanatyam, Sonal also has a deep interest in alternative health practices and loves combining ancient wisdom with modern daily living.
